Individual instructional videos from previous clients of the Luxury Package (of course without revealing any personal data).
Only the instructional videos that are compatible with the client’s mental and physical issues, notes, or goals are used (we have over 2,000 videos in our library).
The instructional videos provide precise guidance for every fitness exercise, whether using equipment, weights, or just bodyweight (equipment is not required).
The 'Super Package' is the more affordable version of our Luxury Package.
The difference is that the instructional videos are not fully personalized. Instead, we use pre-made videos from the Luxury Package, which were recorded individually for its users (of course, all names and personal data are removed).
Nevertheless, we ensure that the videos match you as closely as possible. We compare measurements, goals, and body size of previous participants so that even in the Super Package, a high level of individuality is guaranteed.
